Trophy overview
Resident Evil Requiem features a balanced trophy list with mix of story, combat, collectible, and challenge achievements. Most trophies (~30) unlock naturally through normal play. The remaining 19 require specific actions, collectibles, or difficulty completions.
Key facts every trophy hunter should know:
- Infinite Ammo cheats do NOT void trophies. The Special Content Store unlocks Infinite Requiem and Infinite RPG after first completion — both are safe to use on Insanity.
- You only need to play through twice. One run on any difficulty (for collectibles + Insanity unlock) and one Insanity run.
- Several trophies are missable. See the Missable Warning section below before starting.
- Estimated total time: 30-40 hours including Insanity speedrun and 100% collectibles.

💡 Save strategy: Use ALL 12 manual save slots. Save at the start of every area. If you miss a collectible, you can reload to that exact point. There is no chapter select after credits — your saves are your only safety net.
