The Requiem Revolver is the signature S-tier weapon of RE9 — the single best gun in the game. 250 base damage, ×3.5 headshot multiplier, the only weapon that reliably staggers all bosses on Insanity. Acquired in Rhodes Hill Care Center (Chapter 2). NG+ unlocks Infinite Magnum variant.

Pick up the Requiem Revolver in the Care Center records office during Chapter 2 (Rhodes Hill Area). Mandatory pickup — story-locked.
Prioritize T2 immediately (8,000 currency). Wait until Chapter 5-6 for T3 (15,000 currency). T3 is mandatory before ARK Facility finale.
Crafter’s Touch (+25% ammo crafting yield) + Marksman’s Eye (+15% headshot damage) + Iron Skin (defensive). 4th NG+ slot: Phoenix Down.
Requiem Revolver wins at range and against bosses. W870 wins close-range and against multiple enemies. Use both — they complement each other.
After clearing the main campaign on any difficulty, NG+ unlocks the Infinite Magnum charm. Equip it for unlimited Requiem Revolver ammo. Game-changing for Insanity runs.
Victor Gideon (final boss, all phases), Mr. X / Super Tyrant (transformation phase), Chunk Final (Phase 3 truth reveal). Mortal Edge is the parry tool — Requiem Revolver is the kill tool.
