How long does it take to Platinum Resident Evil Requiem?

Total estimated time is 30-40 hours across two playthroughs. First run on Standard for collectibles (12-15 hours), then Insanity speedrun with Infinite Ammo (3:40-4 hours), plus NG+ Final Puzzle and cleanup.

Does Infinite Ammo void trophies in Resident Evil Requiem?

No. Infinite Requiem and Infinite RPG-7 do NOT void any trophies, including the Insanity Remarkable Agent and Speedrunner trophies. This is confirmed for both PS5 and Steam versions.

What is the hardest trophy in Resident Evil Requiem?

Remarkable Agent (complete on Insanity) is the hardest skill-based trophy. For collectible trophies, Case Closed (75 Files) is the most missable — many files are locked behind point-of-no-return transitions.

Can I get Platinum without playing on Insanity?

No. Remarkable Agent (Gold trophy) requires completing the main story on Insanity difficulty. There is no workaround. However, Infinite Requiem makes it manageable for any skill level.

Do I need NG+ for Platinum?

Yes — to access Insanity difficulty (which requires one prior completion). Most players use the first playthrough for collectibles, then NG+ on Insanity for Remarkable Agent.

Are there any DLC trophies?

As of v1.02 (May 2026), there are 49 base game trophies with no DLC trophies announced. Capcom may add a "Leon Must Die Forever" mode that includes additional achievements.
